Our weekly rates include all utilities, high-speed wireless internet, beach chairs, linens, and direct access to the Carlos Pointe heated pool.
Check-in is Saturday afternoon at four, and check-out is the following Saturday morning at ten. This aligns with our weekly cleaning schedules.
We charge a standard departure cleaning fee and Florida tourist tax. Unlike listing platforms, we never add booking or administrative service charges.
